Return Policy
All products returned must have a Return Authorization Number.
See bottom of this page for specific NUWAVE, Flyp and Rip n Go return instructions.
The Return Authorization Number is valid for 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items including their packaging, showing visible signs of wear are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of defective items under warranty. No credit will be issued for obsolete or otherwise non sell-able merchandise, including outdated packaging and items worn by the customer.
Non-Warranty Returns
Non-warranty returns in original, unused condition will be accepted within 3 months from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be higher for special-order items.
Warranty Returns
Western Medical Inc. will not accept items for return that have been worn by the customer, with the exception of defective items under manufacturer warranty. Western Medical Inc. will always defer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
The following information is required to obtain a return authorization from Western Medical Inc. Customer Service.
- Full description of merchandise including item number
- Complete reason for return
- Sales Order, invoice, or purchase order number
Additional information may be needed if required by manufacturer.
NUWAVE Returns
For defective units or customers who are not satisfied with their purchase:
Please email orders@westernmedicalinc.com with the serial number of the unit in question, reason for return, and pictures if applicable. Western Medical will then contact NUWAVE and start the return process.
